MyQ X integrates with directory services, Microsoft 365, cloud storage, email, fax, payment, and reporting platforms. It also provides APIs for systems that MyQ doesn't support natively. Use this page to find which integrations exist, what each one provides, and where to plan and configure it.
Plan your integrations early, because many of them depend on other deployment decisions:
-
Most Microsoft 365 integrations need an application registered in Microsoft Entra ID.
-
OneDrive for Business works only for users synchronized from Microsoft Entra ID.
-
Personal cloud storage requires each user to connect their own account.

APIs
Use the MyQ APIs when no native integration covers your system:
-
MyQ REST API: Manage users, jobs, printers, credit, payments, and reports from external applications. Register each application in MyQ > Settings > REST API Apps. See MyQ REST API documentation and REST API Apps.
-
External Authentication API: Authenticate ID cards or PINs against your own service. See External Authentication API.
-
External Account API: Connect an external payment or account system. See External Account API.
-
External Storage API: Add storage that MyQ doesn't support natively. See External Storage Adapter.
Hosting MyQ in the Cloud
MyQ X Server can run on a virtual machine in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud. This is a hosting choice, not an integration. See Deployment in the Cloud for deployment models and Install MyQ in Private Cloud for setup.
