Microsoft Universal Print is a cloud-based print service from Microsoft. MyQ integrates with Universal Print by registering virtual printers in Azure that map to MyQ queues. Jobs submitted via Universal Print are downloaded by MyQ periodically and processed as standard print jobs.
Prerequisite
You have an application registered in your Microsoft Azure tenant with the appropriate permissions. You will need the Directory (tenant) ID and Application (client) ID of this application to create the connection in MyQ.

Set up a Microsoft Universal Print Connection

Go to MyQ > Settings > Connections.

Click +Add and select Microsoft Universal Print.

Fill in the required fields:

Title: enter a name for this connection, for example
MS Universal Print. -
Directory (tenant) ID: the value from your Azure tenant.

Application (client) ID: the value from your Azure tenant.

Click OK.

Copy the code from the pop-up window, click the provided URL, enter the code, and follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection.
The authorization code expires after 15 minutes. If it is not confirmed in time, an error appears in the Issues column in the Queues section when a user next attempts to create a printer. MyQ generates a new code at the next attempt.
To use this connection with a queue, go to MyQ > Queues and open a queue for editing. On the Job Receiving tab, set Jobs via MS Universal Print to Enabled, and click Save.
After a few minutes the queue appears as a virtual printer in Microsoft Universal Print.
