MyQ receives, processes, stores, and tracks print jobs submitted by users. Use the job management features to:

Configure global job-processing settings.

Monitor jobs and their current status.

Edit, pause, resume, delete, or mark jobs as favorites.

Configure job parsing, preview, privacy, archiving, and retention.

Process jobs using PJL commands or PHP scripts.

Notify users and administrators when jobs are refused.
Working with the Jobs List
Open Jobs to view and manage print jobs submitted to the MyQ server.
Use the left menu to filter the displayed jobs by Ready, Paused, Printed, Favorite, Failed, or Deleted. Select All to remove the status filter.
Favorite is not a job status. It filters for jobs marked as favorites, regardless of their processing status.
Select a job to view its details or perform available actions.
Job Statuses
Jobs in the list may appear with the following statuses:

MyQ is examining the job and preparing it for printing. |

The job is waiting to be printed. |

Paused |
The job was paused manually or automatically by MyQ. |

Printing |
The job is being sent to the printing device. |

Printed |
The job was sent to the printer. On supported printers with an Embedded Terminal 8.1 or later, MyQ can update the status according to the actual printing result. |

Failed |
The job could not be processed or printed. |
|
Deleted |
The job was deleted from the MyQ server. |
Favorite Jobs
You can mark any job that has not been deleted as a Favorite. Favorite jobs are retained for reuse unless automatic deletion of favorite jobs is enabled in the system management settings.
Favorite jobs originating from an external code book may also be removed if they are no longer available from the code book’s data source.
