Troubleshooting Licenses

License issues appear on the License settings tab or in an alert banner. Use the displayed message to identify the required action.

Renew your Software Assurance through your MyQ Partner.

There were issues while connecting to the License Server.

Check the server’s internet connection, and try again.

Your subscription is about to expire soon, all services will stop in 10 day(s).

Renew the subscription before the displayed deadline.

MyQ is not running: There is an issue with your license.

Check the details on the License settings tab, and contact your MyQ Partner if the license has expired.

MyQ server cannot connect to License server, subscription cannot be prolonged and all services will stop in X days.

Restore the connection to the MyQ License Server, and click Update from License Server. For an offline server, use Offline Activation.

Server stopped working, because it cannot reach License server to update the subscription.

Restore the connection and click Update from License Server. For an offline server, use Offline Activation.

The hardware code has changed and the license must be reactivated. The server will stop working in 10 days.
