If your MyQ server cannot connect to the MyQ License Server, for example in air-gapped deployments, use manual activation to add a new Installation Key, and every time you need to apply purchased licenses and software assurance extensions or upgrades.
To activate manually:

On the License settings tab, add your Installation Key (or click Update from License Server for an existing one), and click Activate.

When the connection to the License Server fails, select Manual activation.

Click Download the activation request file and save the file.

On a computer with internet access, sign in to the MyQ Community portal.

Open the relevant Project, go to the Installations tab and click Offline activation.

Upload the activation request file. The activation response file is downloaded automatically.

In the MyQ Web Administrator interface, upload the activation response file and click Activate.
Your license is now activated, and any newly purchased items are applied.
