Troubleshooting Licenses

The support expired on <date>.

Renew your Software Assurance through your MyQ Partner.

There were issues while connecting to the License Server.

Check the server’s internet connection, and try again.

Renew the subscription before the displayed deadline.

MyQ is not running: There is an issue with your license.

Check the details on the License settings tab, and contact your MyQ Partner if the license has expired.

MyQ server cannot connect to License server, subscription cannot be prolonged and all services will stop in X days.

Restore the connection to the MyQ License Server, and click Update from License Server. For an offline server, use Offline Activation.

Embedded Lite is drawn from the Embedded pool; two Embedded Lite allocations consume one Embedded license. Reduce the Embedded Lite allocation or add Embedded capacity.

New licenses are not available for Site allocation.

Click Update from License Server on the Central Server, and then update the allocation on the Site Server.
