  • Release Stations: Release jobs securely on printers without an embedded terminal, using a browser-based kiosk.

  • MyQ Scan Review: Review, approve and audit scanned documents before the paper originals are archived. Designed for trustworthy digitization requirements such as TR-RESISCAN.

  • MyQ Document Processor: Apply OCR, split documents by page interval or barcode, and remove blank pages from Easy Scan jobs.

  • Delta synchronization for Microsoft Entra ID: Sync only what has changed, every few minutes, so Entra ID changes reach MyQ much faster.

  • IPP pass-through for WPP: Give users advanced finishing and tray options from the print dialog in Windows Protected Print environments.

  • Require authentication for IPPS jobs: Reject unauthenticated IPP and IPPS print jobs.

  • Improved security for CSV exports.

  • Communication patterns unified with Print Server, the HTTP Proxy (Traefik) is now in use.

  • A new helper is used for cloud connections.

  • Optimized the speed of long running database queries under certain conditions.

  • Added the new Delta synchronization option for Entra ID, and a new scheduled task for lightweight, frequent synchronization.

Bug Fixes

  • Adding new delegates can cause user synchronization errors.

  • Apache reports errors about missing environment variables to Event log.

  • Creation of default backup folder fails during installation.

  • Database sweep cannot complete on big databases in some cases because of too short timeout.

  • Delegate removal was not reflected in user sync in some cases.

  • Exporting users to CSV during user synchronization exports outdated users.

  • Incorrect font scaling in generated PDF reports.

  • Reordering synchronization sources can fail when the list of sources contains a combination of LDAP and CSV sources.

  • Status of Scheduled task can get stuck in some cases.

  • The System maintenance task in Task Scheduler can time out after 5 minutes.

  • Under certain conditions and with certain certificates the Web UI fails to load, with the message "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR".

  • When the Printer Provisioning Profiles license package has been purchased multiple times, the displayed number of profiles was incorrect.
