Secure Print Release Implementation

Hold Print ensures print jobs are never released immediately to the printer. Documents are stored securely on the MyQ Server and printed only after the authorized user authenticates at the printing device, preventing unattended documents from being left in output trays.​

Pull Print extends this further by allowing users to release their jobs on any capable device within the print system, not just the device to which they originally sent the job. This flexibility is particularly valuable during equipment maintenance or when users need to print from different locations.​
