Scan Review has an Audit Log where all relevant actions and processes are recorded.
Administrators can see the full audit log, including system-wide events, configuration changes, and document operations from all queues. Reviewers can see document operations from queues for which they have reviewing rights.
The audit log displays the timestamp, event, document name and GUID, Document Queue, document level, actor, and event details.
The audit log records events including:

Received: A document was received.

Invalid: A received PDF or metadata file was invalid.

Reviewed: A reviewer opened a document.

Approved: A reviewer approved a document.

Rejected: A reviewer rejected a document.

Signed: Scan Review signed the PDF.

Archived: Scan Review delivered the final PDF.

Processing Failed: Signing or delivery failed.

Configuration changed: A configuration value changed.
Use the search field to search for document names, actors, or event details. Use Add filters to filter events by Event, date, Actor, Document Queue, or Protection Level.
