Customers with valid software assurance should contact their MyQ Partner/Reseller for support.

Certified Partners

Only our certified partners can directly log a support case with MyQ.

  • Support cases must include relevant data for Support, please see Gathering Logs for Support for details.

  • Please note, that is also important to properly link the case to the correct project in order to automatically take advantage of the premium support you may have purchased.

Everyone Else

Everyone else can self-register on the MyQ Community Portal and join a support discussion.
