Requirements

To function, the MyQ X Chromebook Client must be connected to a MyQ Print Server 10.2 Patch 4+.
The user must already be registered and have login details for this Print Server.
To function as expected, the extension must have permission to Allow access to file URLs and access On all sites in the extension settings. These settings are enabled by default.

The Chromebook device from which you are attempting to connect must trust the certificate of the MyQ Print Server. If a connection error is displayed, we recommend making sure the computer has installed all necessary certificates in the chain such as the CA to trust the connection with MyQ.

The MyQ X Chromebook Client is designed for use in Chrome OS when using the Google Chrome browser. While it may function in Windows and macOS, and in other browsers, it may not appear or behave as described in this guide.

Users with Windows or macOS operating systems should consider using MyQ Desktop Client for Windows or MyQ Desktop Client for macOS.
