MyQ Desktop Client for Windows 10.2

MyQ Desktop Client for Windows (aka MDC) is a software client of the MyQ server.

Once installed on the MyQ users' Windows workstations, it provides additional MyQ features to users, such as user identification, communication between the users and the server, accounting, secure printing, and print driver capture.

All changes compared to the previous version are listed in the release notes.
